Relieve Your Nasal Condition With a Sinus Flush

A Sinus flush is a practice used to clean out the nasal cavity. Using a variety of methods, a saline solution (water and salt) is pushed into the nasal cavity (usually through the noses) and allowed to flow through the passages, cleaning up the debris buildup.

The flowing water also serves to hydrate the dry mucus, allowing them to function properly. Studies have shown that nasal flushing as an effective adjunctive treatment for chronic sufferers of sinusitis and allergies.

They are encouraged to do a sinus flush daily, to remove the irritants like pollen and dust from their nasal cavity and give them relief from headaches, cough, sneezing, and nasal congestion.
